Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Hubly on the website and in the Hubly apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Your account
Your account is personal and may not be shared. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Hubly keeps improving, so features can change. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.
Your workspace and content
You keep ownership of content you upload or create. You give Hubly permission to process that content only as needed to save, edit, preview, schedule or publish actions you request. Workspace owners are responsible for team access and for having the rights required to use uploaded material.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Hubly to break laws, impersonate others or violate platform rules.
- Do not attempt to bypass workspace permissions, usage limits or service security.
- Do not upload malicious software or content you do not have permission to use.
Connected services
Google, social networks and other connected services have their own terms and may change or restrict their APIs. Hubly cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, publish or retain a piece of content.
Plans and charges
Hubly is currently free to use. Paid features will never create a charge unless the price is shown and the workspace owner deliberately accepts it. Usage limits may protect the service from unusually large storage or processing loads.
Suspension and liability
Access may be suspended for misuse, security risk or at the workspace owner's request. Hubly is provided as available and may contain defects. AI-generated drafts can be wrong, so check them before you use them. To the extent permitted by law, Hubly is not responsible for indirect loss caused by unavailable features or third-party services.
